50 minute individual session: $110-$120 (varies by provider and level of licensure)

Kandace is in network with BCBS (excluding blue local and blue value plans), United, Medcost, Cigna, NCHC, Partners, and Alliance Medicaid.

Karola is in network with BCBS (excluding blue local and blue value plans), Medcost, Cigna, Partners, and Alliance Medicaid.

You are responsible for copays or deductible amounts that go along with your insurance plans.

*Most insurance companies will require that a diagnosis of a mental health condition be made before they will agree to reimburse you. Some conditions for which people seek counseling do not qualify for reimbursement. If a qualifying diagnosis is appropriate in your case, I will inform you of the diagnosis before we submit the diagnosis to the health insurance company. Any diagnosis made will become part of your permanent insurance records.
